Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right window-screen size?

Measure the opening and the flat fixing area around it. Choose a listed screen large enough for the opening and follow the product fitting instructions before cutting or applying adhesive.

Can a window screen prevent a child or pet from falling?

No. Insect screens and pet-resistant mesh are not safety barriers or restraints. Keep children and pets away from open windows and use an appropriately rated safety system where fall protection is required.

How should I prepare an adhesive fixing surface?

The surface should be clean, dry and free from grease. Test adhesive on an inconspicuous area first because tape can mark or lift delicate paint and finishes.

How do I clean screen mesh?

Remove loose dust with a soft brush or low-suction vacuum. If the product instructions allow washing, use mild soapy water, rinse gently and let the screen dry before refitting it.

Which currency will I pay in?

All product prices, delivery charges and checkout totals are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

What does standard delivery cost?

Standard Singapore delivery is S$25 below S$100 after discounts and free from S$100. Express delivery is S$25.

When will my order arrive?

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing, then 5 to 7 days for delivery.

What if I need help choosing?

Email the team with the product name, opening measurements and a description of the fixing surface before ordering.
